HOW IT WORKS / RATES

You contact us, we get your facts such as type of video, place you're looking to have filmed, acreage, square footage, location etc. Based on that we will give you a quote. For a really rough estimate local videos normally run between $200-$500 on average.

We will then schedule a time to come film at the location. Normally depending on the type of video it's best to film in the morning or late afternoon as the sun is lower in the horizon and is best for colors and resulting "feel" of video.
It normally takes about one hour to film the average real estate video.

We will then process and edit the video together which takes about 1 week from filming. We will email you a preview link from YouTube of the video and call you to make sure we have the video finished as expected. Once confirmed we'll give you download links to the completed video files, and any YouTube links public.
